I speak on the human side of digital transformation. My mission is to help tech leaders prepare their workforce for an AI-enabled future by leading with the “WHY” behind transformation.
The most successful digital transformations happen when organizations put people at the center of technology, not after it.

Meet Heidi Nyland
Heidi Nyland is a Prosci-certified change management speaker specializing in technology transformation and change leadership. She helps organizations close the gap between digital investment and workforce adoption by putting people at the center of transformation.
Her perspective was shaped early in her career while teaching at a community computing center in Harlem, where she discovered that technology itself is rarely the challenge; helping people understand it, trust it, and embrace it is. Today, she partners with organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, helping leaders accelerate readiness, increase adoption, and drive lasting organizational change in an increasingly AI-enabled world.

Helping IT Drive Meaningful Change: Leading with the “Why”
The gap between powerful technology and real human adoption is where my work lives. I focus on adoption and cultural change; without it, even the most advanced AI and technology transformations become expensive desk décor instead of the tools that actually enable the workforce to be more productive.

Leading Change with Compassion
This workshop teaches participants, through the Six Elements of Compassionate Leadership, that compassion drives strong results and real responsibility, rather than standing in the way.
This workshop is facilitated by Heidi and her colleague, Dr. Fariba Parsa

Testimonials
“Heidi brings IT and the rest of the workforce together like few people can. With decades of experience and plenty of ‘you-can’t-make-this-up’ stories, she turns change into something people actually want to lean into.”
Pamela Shearon
IT Executive Leadership Coach
“Heidi’s talk on transformation was a standout moment. She framed change management in a way that was practical, honest, and immediately actionable. Her perspective on why people and not technology make or break transformation landed powerfully with us and sparked some great discussions.”
